Zelo Vendor Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Zelo Vendor mobile application (hereby referred to as the "Application"), developed and operated by Anmol Ratan (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider").
The Application is provided to registered vendors and business partners to receive, manage, and fulfill orders placed through the Zelo platform.

The Application collects limited information necessary for vendor operations, including:
- Business or vendor profile details (such as store name and contact information)
- Device Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Device information such as operating system, device model, and app version
- Usage data including app activity, order actions, and feature usage
Notifications
The Application requests the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission to send notifications related to:
- New order alerts
- Order status updates or cancellations
- Account, payment, and settlement-related updates
- Important operational or policy announcements
Notification preferences can be managed or disabled at any time through device settings.
Internet Access
The Application uses the INTERNET permission solely to:
- Communicate with Zelo servers
- Sync orders and vendor data
- Provide real-time updates and notifications
Payment and Banking Information
The Application collects vendor banking details, including bank account number, IFSC code, and bank name, solely for the purpose of processing vendor payouts and settlements.
Payments are processed manually by the Service Provider, and banking information is not shared with third parties except where required by law.
Third-Party ServicesThe Application uses trusted third-party services for analytics, performance monitoring, and crash reporting. These services may collect information according to their own privacy policies.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
Vendor information may be shared with internal systems or trusted service providers strictly for operating the platform and fulfilling orders.
Information may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of the Service Provider or platform users.
The Service Provider does not sell vendor personal or business data to third parties.
Data Retention
Vendor data is retained only for as long as necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Children and Age Requirements
The Application is intended for use by vendors or authorized representatives who are at least 18 years of age.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
