Return Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to the Zelo mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), operated by Anmol Ratan (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").
Order Cancellation
Users may cancel an order within 2–3 minutes of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.
Once the cancellation window has passed or the order has entered processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refund Policy
If an order is successfully cancelled within the allowed cancellation window:
- The full order amount will be refunded
- No cancellation charges will be applied
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund Processing Time
Once a cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
Please note that actual credit time may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or wallet service.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of quick commerce and delivery of perishable or essential goods, items are generally non-returnable once delivered.
However, refunds or replacements may be considered in cases such as:
- Incorrect items delivered
- Damaged items
- Missing items in the order
Such issues must be reported through the Application or via email within a reasonable time after delivery.
Failed or Cancelled Orders
If an order is cancelled by the Service Provider due to unforeseen circumstances (such as unavailability of items or delivery issues), a full refund will be initiated automatically.
