This Privacy Policy applies to the Zelo mobile application (hereby referred to as the "Application"), developed and operated by Anmol Ratan (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use as is.

Location Information

The Application collects approximate and precise location information (using ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION and ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION permissions) in order to:

  • Check service availability in your area
  • Show nearby stores and products
  • Calculate delivery distance, fees, and estimated delivery time
  • Enable accurate order fulfillment and delivery

Location data is collected only while the Application is in use and is not used for continuous background tracking.


Notifications

The Application uses the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission to send notifications related to:

  • Order confirmations and delivery updates
  • Important service-related announcements
  • Promotional offers (only if enabled by the user)

Notification preferences can be managed through your device settings at any time.


Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services for analytics, performance monitoring, and crash reporting. These services may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
